Editor's note: McLellan drove Night Allowance for nine of it's sixteen wins including four in a row in February - March 1991.

Biggest race/stake won?
Rangiora Cup with Greenidge

Editor's note: Greenidge won four races for McLellan after initially being trained by Colin De Filippi. He won the 1992 Rangiora Cup when trained and driven by McLellan. Greenidge ended his racing career with Tim Butt. He won nine races  from 121 starts.

Wyndham - nice and roomy.

What race would you most like to win?
New Zealand Cup - All drivers would love to win this one.

What do you love about harness racing in Southland?
The people in the harness industry in Southland - we all get along and have made great friendships in a relaxed easy going environment.

Which New Zealand driver do you most admire?
Ricky May - Shows patience and has the ability to drive and look after a horse. Also he has remained a down to earth humble guy and is always approachable.
