Drive With Five - How it Works. Each driver selects a horse at a Southland Harness meeting and is awarded an imaginary $5 each way bet on the chart.
The horse selected by the trainer may or may not be driven by that horseperson.
If a horse is scratched, no points will be added to the tally and the running dollar amount will remain the same.
The winner of the competition will be the trainer who wins the most money.
The Train Off starts at the Winton meeting on Friday 9th September and will finish at the Invercargill meeting on Sunday 3rd June 2012.
